Student Entry Form

 

Sunday, September 30, 2012, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, in the Senate Chamber in the State Capitol Building for the opening ceremony of  "Children are the Future" Exhibit.  The opening ceremony will begin with an Interfaith Service followed by student presentations of their work, speakers, and multicultural entertainment.

Monday, October 1, 2012, Gathering for World Peace Day - details to be announced.

Youth Forum/Panel Discussion with student representatives from Southern University and Louisiana State University. Details to be announced.

Louisiana Students! You are invited to take part in World Peace Day activities by submitting an entry describing World Peace and what does it look like to you? Submit your drawings, poems, songs, pictures, or videos. If chosen, your entry may be displayed at the State Capitol Building during the month of October with the "Children are the Future" Exhibit. For more information and entry forms, click here.
